These terms govern your use of the PureGoodies website and any order you place through it. By using the site or joining The Toffee List, you agree to them.
The Toffee List
PureGoodies toffee is sold once a year through The Toffee List. Anyone can add their name. When the season opens, members are invited to reserve, and reservations stay open only while the season runs. Adding your name does not create an order or a charge; you order only when you choose to reserve.
Orders and pricing
The Signature Box is $55, with shipping included for delivery within the United States. The toffee is poured once a year and every box ships the first week of December. Product details and pricing are shown on the site and may change before the season opens, but the price shown when you reserve is the price you pay.
Allergens
Every recipe is made with almonds and walnuts, and the same kitchen also handles dairy and soy. If you have a nut allergy, this toffee is not for you. By ordering, you confirm you have read this.
Email and your information
If you join The Toffee List, we email you about the season — roughly once a year. Joining requires confirmation, and every email includes an unsubscribe link, so you can leave at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Acceptable use
Please use the site as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse its forms, or access it in ways that harm the site or other people.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated shown below.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureGoodies is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
