This page explains what PureGoodies collects when you join The Toffee List, how it is used, and how to leave at any time.
What we collect
When you add your name to The Toffee List, we collect the name and email address you enter. We do not collect anything else, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use your name and email address for one purpose: to write to you when the toffee is poured. We write just once a year. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Where it is stored
Your name and email address are stored in Kit (also known as ConvertKit), the email service we use to run The Toffee List. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Confirming your place
Joining requires confirmation. After you add your name, Kit sends a confirmation email. You are added to the list only after you confirm.
Leaving the list
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can leave at any time, and your information is removed from future mailings. To have your information deleted entirely, write to us at the address below.
