How and when your toffee reaches you. Everything here reflects how we send the Signature Box.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. A box can go to any U.S. address, which makes the Signature Box a simple gift to send.
When it ships
The toffee is poured once a year, and every box ships the same week — the first week of December — so it arrives in time for the holidays. We don’t ship year-round. Orders are gathered through the season and sent together in that one December ship week.
What shipping costs
Shipping is included. The Signature Box is $55, and that price covers delivery within the United States. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Warm-weather care
Toffee is a fresh product. For warmer destinations we pack with extra care to protect it in transit, but heat can still affect chocolate and texture. If a box reaches you in poor condition, we’ll make it right — see our Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong items, write to us at hello@puregoodies.com and we’ll sort it out.
