What is The Toffee List?
It’s how the toffee is sent. For more than fifty years it was never sold — boxes simply arrived in December for the people on a handwritten list. Today, anyone can add their name once, and we’ll send your invitation to reserve the moment the first pour begins.
What does it cost?
$55 for the Full Pound, shipping included. One price, no tiers, no add-ons.
What comes in a Full Pound?
One pound of toffee, up to three flavors — Original, Dark Sea Salt, and Maple Bacon Espresso. The three-flavor mix is the default; you choose what fills your box when the season opens.
When does it ship?
Every box ships the first week of December, all at once, in time to arrive for the holidays.
When can I order?
Once a year. The toffee belongs to the season, so reservations open the morning the first pour is ready — usually when the mountain air turns cold. Everyone on the list hears first.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. A box can go to any U.S. address, so it makes a simple gift.
Are there allergens?
Every recipe is made with almonds and walnuts, and our kitchen also handles dairy and soy. If you have a nut allergy, this toffee is not for you.
How often will you email me?
Once a year — the morning the first pour is ready. No charge, no spam. Joining requires confirmation, and every email includes an unsubscribe link, so you can leave whenever you like.
